Mitigrate Appoints Eric Gesick as Non-Executive Chair
London, 20 January 2026 — Mitigrate is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Gesick as its new Non-Executive Chair of the Board. As Non-Executive Chair, Mr. Gesick will provide independent oversight and guidance to the Board, support Mitigrate’s governance framework, and help advance the company’s long-term strategic objectives. His appointment underscores Mitigrate’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and enhancing long-term value for customers, partners, and shareholders.
Mr. Gesick brings decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry across risk, actuarial, underwriting, and analytics areas. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Liability Analytics at Verisk. Prior to Verisk, he held several senior executive roles at AXIS Capital, including Chief Actuary, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Underwriting Officer, and senior leadership positions at PartnerRe and Travelers.
